Mix-it-Up Lunch: Mix up your circle of friends! Expand your horizons! Meet new friends! Spread your Wings! On Tuesday Nov.10, the Eagle Mentors will be hosting a Mix-it-Up lunch in the Senior Pit & Student Center during Per. 4-6. Our hope is to encourage diversity and acceptance at Heritage High School.
PLAN Test: The PLAN test covers similar content and subject areas as the ACT, which juniors are required to take in April of their junior year. The PLAN provides students with valuable information they can use to help identify careers that match their abilities and interests, highlights their academic strengths and weaknesses, and allows interested colleges to contact them. The PLAN test is open to freshman and sophomores. It will be given at HHS on Saturday, Nov. 14, 2009 from 7:30-11:00 a.m. Registration will take place during lunch periods Nov. 2-13 in front of the Counseling Office, and the fee is $20. Payment can be made by cash, or a check made payable to Heritage High School. Contact counselor Rich Zerr at 303-347-7614 with questions. (Please note that these dates have been updated since the original article in the Heritage Highlights Newsletter.)
