HEY FRESHMEN! COME TO CRAMFEST on Thursday, December 8, from 2:30 – 4:00 p.m. in the Student Center to get help from your LINK Leaders in studying for your first high school finals! There will be free food and assistance in all subject areas, so take advantage of this opportunity to get help and review. See you there!

WINTER MUSICAL INTEREST MEETING: XANADU! Wednesday November 30th at 2:30 p.m. in the theatre. Come get information about auditions and technical crews. The auditions will be December 13th and 14th – not the first week of Dec. as previously advertised. See Miss O in the theatre if you have any questions.

STUDY SKILLS GROUP: The Counseling Department is offering a Study Skills program available to all students from 2:30-3:00pm in the Second Floor Lecture Hall. This time- efficient, entertaining and informative DVD series will address the following topics on the designated dates. Students can attend any, or all, of the sessions.
This is a free program, with a request that each student make a onetime donation of individually wrapped snack items to share (approx 20+).Your donation is greatly appreciated (a nourished body promotes a nourished mind!). No need to pre-register, please encourage your student to attend these workshops as they begin to prepare for final exams.

STRATEGIC GAMING CLUB meets most Tuesdays in room 304 from 2:25 - 3:25 p.m. We are meeting this week, Tuesday, November 29! We play collectible card games and board games, anything that requires strategic thinking. Bring your own game, or join in with others. Learn something new! ATTENTION ALL COLLEGE BOUND STUDENTS! On Monday, December 5 we have two important events planned for you and your parents! Starting at 5:15 p.m. we will be viewing the movie 500 Words or Less, a fun documentary on the college application process, followed by a 7:00 -8:00 p.m. Financial Aid presentation (entitled Financial Aid 101) conducted by Heidi Markey, Assistant Director of Financial Aid at the University of Denver. All events will be held in the 2nd Floor Lecture Hall. Come for one or both activities! This is an exciting evening! See Mrs. Miller in the Counseling Office for additional information.
