Please see Mrs. De Vries, or visit the yearbook website. YEARBOOK DISTRIBUTION PARTY TODAY in the student center. Seniors may pick up books beginning 7th hour (IF you have this hour off), and all other classes can pick up at 2:18. You must have a PHOTO ID to pick up your yearbook - no exceptions! You must have your FINES PAID to pick up your yearbook - no exceptions! If you are unable to make the party, you may pick up your yearbook tomorrow, Tuesday, before school and after school in room 113 or 4-6th outside of the senior pit. If you are unable to attend these dates and times, you will have to see the bookkeeper after Wednesday. If you have not purchased a book, you may do so through the bookkeeper’s office starting after school today. They are $75 and will be sold on a first come, first served basis. NATIONAL HONOR SOCIETY: There is an NHS meeting for Juniors only this Wednesday, May 9, after school in the third floor lecture hall. Remember that Service Hours are due at this meeting and everyone needs a minimum of 5 hours. CROSS COUNTRY: All athletes interested in participating in Cross Country in the fall need to attend an important meeting on Monday, May 14, at 2:30 p.m. We will meet in the 2nd floor lecture hall. If you cannot attend please see Coach Lee for details. Information on summer workouts will be given. BOYS SUMMER BASKETBALL TRY-OUTS will be held May 9, 10, and 11, from 3:30 p.m. to 5:30 p.m. See Coach Byleveld if you have any questions. CLOCK KEEPERS NEEDED: If anyone is interested in running the score clocks for the Boys Freshman Basketball League, see Coach Byleveld. The league runs Tuesdays and Thursdays from June 5th – 21st. The times are from 5:30 – 9:30 p.m. Pay is $10 per game with a total of 12 games. Artwork, Artwork, Artwork…… If you have any type of artwork that was being displayed for prom please pick up in Mr. Bernal’s room 116 anytime after Tuesday, May 8. There are also Design I projects a.k.a. -“orphaned art” from the fall semester that he would love to give back to you. SUMMER CHECK-IN PACKETS FOR THE 2012-13 SCHOOL YEAR will be distributed to current 9th, 10th, and 11th grade students in Advisory today, May 7. Students, please be sure to take these packets home and review the contents with your parents/guardians. The deadline to return the completed packets is Monday, June 11. If you miss Advisory today, you may pick it up from your teacher on May 14 or in the Main Office during final exams. Copies of all forms are also available on the Heritage website. LIBRARY INFORMATION: Students must return all library materials TODAY! Staff library materials are due back Friday, May 11, 2012. LIBRARY WILL BE CLOSED for Advanced Placement testing: Tuesday, May 8th 7:21 a.m. to Noon Friday, May 11th 7:12 a.m. to Noon Monday, May 14th 7:12 a.m. to Noon Tuesday, May 15th 11:30 to 5 p.m. P.E. LOCKS: All students are reminded to turn in their physical education lock today, Monday, or Tuesday, May 8th. Locks must be turned in or a $10.00 fine will be assessed. Students with unpaid lock fines will NOT be able to purchase parking permits in the fall and Seniors will not be able to pick up their cap and gown for graduation. P.E./ATHELETIC LOCKERS: All Athletic Lockers must be cleaned out by Tuesday, May 15th. Any athletic clothes, shoes or equipment left in the lockers will be donated to Good Will over the summer. Be sure to check your Athletic Lockers and clean everything out.
